I am happy to transfer the list. Paul Hammant indicated to me that he
wasn't too thrilled with transferring people without getting their
permission. 

I suggest we either:

1) transfer the users and dev lists automatically
2) send out a note right away indicating these lists are closed down

Hello, anybody still here?  The wiki-page seems to suggest we're still 
stalled at #6, so I guess this list is still live?

If so, can we just transfer the actual list of subscriber addresses from

thoughtworks.org to openqa.org, and forward mail sent to the old lists 
to the new lists?  Seems simpler than getting everyone to re-subscribe.
