Ah, I see the issue. I hadn't really thought of how a <noinclude> tag
couldn't be added to a page through a template, since it would already be
parsed within the template... this seems like the first good rationale I've
heard for Semantic Forms handling anything other than templates - it might
make sense for SF to directly handle <noinclude> tags. Then again, it might
be too minor an issue to make such a major change to the extension for,
especially since a hack exists (rather ingenious, in my opinion) to get
around it...
