I'm just working through the SMW1.4 update process now, so have skipped Forms 1.3.6 and have gone for 1.3.7 straight away.
The forms now seem to be generally working, but I'm not seeing any Edit With Form tabs any more. So far, I'm at a loss to figure out why and what I might have done wrong. Any ideas?
