Hi everyone, Patrick Nagel submitted a patch that adds support for the input of time in 24-hour format (e.g., 17:00) in forms; the patch looks very helpful, and will probably go into the next version of SF (thanks, Patrick). The question is: this code uses the global flag $wgAmericanDates, which determines whether dates are displayed as "January 1, 2009" instead of "1 January 2009", to dictate whether time should be in 24-hour format or not. Does that sound fine for everyone, or are there countries/places where, say, non-American-style dates are used with 12-hour time? The alternative would be to have a second global variable, called, say, $sfg24HourTime.
