Hi,
It looks like the PHP on your server is set to display a blank page if
there's any error message. If it's possible for you to change your server's
php.ini file, you should change the relevant line to  'display_errors = on'.
If there's no way to display error messages on the screen, it might be
difficult to debug this problem... the only other thing I could suggest
would be upgrading your versions of MediaWiki and/or Semantic MediaWiki.
