I would recommend combining the two input boxes. I think one box should be able to handle the input of either an address or coordinate. The result should appear as an uneditable label below that, and then the map below that. The only downside I can think of is that someone might put a coordinate in the box and not realize he has to click the button next to it. Is there's a way to save that data without the button click?
