This came up for me before - with "sub-classes". Example: I have contact pages
(may contain contact data, are not necessarily persons) and I have person
pages (may contain contact data) - and there is a form for each. Since person
pages also get the Category:Contacts tag, the Form:Contact showed up instead
Form:Person.
I solved it by introducing a "Non-person contacts" category and assigned the
Form:Contact as the default form to it instead of to the "Contacts" category
(which is shared by two types of pages where I want different forms).

Patrick.
