No, not yet. This is planned for the next release after 1.0. The problem is 
that all our input functions, and all the MediaWiki output functions, are 
restricted to this range. Also, the database layout we currently use must be 
modified to store more times. When we do it, however, we plan to do it 
properly: arbitrary dates within the expected lifetime of the universe, 
precise to seconds, with internationalised input parsing, and some support 
for imprecision (i.e. "2007" is not necessarily the same as "Jan 1 2007 
00:00").
