MW installation procedure specifies to set the following rights:
create, select, insert, update, delete, lock tables

SMW 0.7 also requires alter

SMW 1.0 also requires drop, create temporarily tables, index
rights.

In AdminSettings.php these variables have different names:
$wgDBadminuser, $wgDBadminpassword
