I don't know exactly how to generate a patch, but back at SMW-1.0-RC2, I added support for Rankine degrees to the Temperature data type. A Rankine degree is an absolute degree, like the kelvin, but it has the same size as a Fahrenheit degree instead of that of a Celsius degree or a kelvin. The conversion from Rankines to Kelvins is a linear one: one Kelvin is 1.8 Rankine degrees.

In the absence of a patch, I'm sending the entire Temperature data-type file, reflecting my Rankine support and all the latest additions as of the SMW-1.0 stable release.
