I've created an account on ontoworld.org and tried to reproduce an error: http://ontoworld.org/wiki/RSS_Long_description with almost the same query (modified only a little), but it has the different behaviour - the link is not created at all, instead it's a simple text in double square brackets. So, I can't call such link (I even tried to nesting it into outer double square brackers, it doesn't produce a link). Very, very strange. Maybe due to MW 1.12 or perhaps a different $wgLanguageCode or uselang? By the way, the non-latin descriptions doesn't even have to be very long, because the grow 3 times bigger due to hex encoding.
