Hi Sergey,

There was in fact a Google SoC project to add RDFa markup to Wiki
pages that have SMW data associated with them.  We haven't had time to
roll it out yet, but the actual code can be found in CC's Semantic
Mediawiki git repository under the branch "rdfa":

The commits made by David McCabe are the relevant ones.  As far as I
know it mostly works, but still needs some cleaning up.
