Any update on this (SPARQL support via ARC or generic interface)?
... since it is mentioned that RAP seems to be a more or less dead project.

(We're exploring ways to build some integration between Bioclipse [1] 
and SMW for community editing of RDF data, maybe setting up SPARQL 
endpoints for querying of the data from Bioclipse. )

Otherwise, anybody knows if there are some important differences between 
RAP and ARC, that would have implications in this kind of project? For 
example, does RAP provide any support for updating, in par with ARC's 
SPARQL+?
