I have a question regarding replacing some parts of SMW such as service for
storing into Database or Triple store with another reasoner, i.e omit the
former ones altogether and replace them with a standalone database/reasoner.
My main problem is that whether I can do it in Java and not PHP?
So given annotations provided by a user, I have to send back and forth to
the other database/reasoner, and not to the standard one provided by SMW.
