Our experience is that it works fine under the circumstances it was designed for, but can have problems when unexpected environment is encountered, such as with our own patches, or run multiple times with different settings and so on. I'd advise you use with care. All that said, I believe Ontoprise is fixing or has fixed many of the issues so maybe the latest version will work just fine, or at least a lot better.
