Yes: size of the export (and, related to this, speed and memory usage of 
the export).

If the wiki is available, then one can easily retrieve the page content 
based on the URLs in the RDF export (one could even feed the page title 
into the MW API to get the raw wikitext).

I don't think that this is a use case for RDF export. MediaWiki already 
has an XML export for this purpose, and I don't see why we should 
duplicate this function. RDF is not better for encoding plain text 
blobs, and RDF tools have no means of handling MW wikitext data in a 
meaningful way.
