Hi Marcelo,

You can put any wiki-text into a form - that includes section headers like
"==Template name==". In addition, you can add the "label=" parameter to any
{{{for template}}} tag, which puts a fieldset around that whole template,
with the specified text. That's mostly intended for use by
multiple-instance templates, but it can be used by regular templates as
well.

By the way, I'm not aware of any current issues with having the same field
name in more than one template in a form.
