Hey,
Do you need the association between property and source text? If not, you
can use a hook provided by the Semantic Watchlist extension, or wait for us
to have a similar one in SMW (which nischay is currently working on). These
hooks (will) provide a diff between old and new data on the page, thus
contain the info "stuff added".
AFAIK there is no way to get the associations between properties and their
source text, and this seems very much non-trivial to implement unless you
just want to handle the simplest type of property definitions.
