In general, you can post developer comments related to SMW or semantic extensions to the Semantic MediaWiki Developer Mailing list at [1]. Then, there is a chance that someone else can help you, too, and your questions will be archived. I sometimes forget to follow the mailing list, so if you have questions related to SWB, better put me on CC, as well. On [2] we also have a list of current bugs and todos related to SWB; of course, you can add your bugs there, as well.
