This change

to MediaWiki suddenly made all my date-time-queries fail, or at least the ones
using ISO format: {{#ask:[[Has time::1912-05-20]]} and the like. I didn't have
time to investigate further, just reverted back the MW version, but I thought
it might be good for others to know.
