Hey all,
A while back I inquired about critical regressions introduced in 1.8 that
should be fixed for 1.8.1. Due to the lack of any such regressions and the
relatively minor amount of fixes backported to 1.8.x I'm inclined to make a
1.8.0.2 release as incrementing to 1.8.1 does not seem warranted. The
branch has already been prepared for this, and I'll be building it as a
release next weekend unless there are any objections.

If you know of any other fixes that should be backported, please submit
