Hi,
The "CONFIRMED" text is just a technical indicator that the person has also
registered as a mentor on the GSoC site; I don't know if there's any
equivalent for OPW. The projects and mentors lists are actually stored in
transcluded pages that are used by both the GSoC and OPW wiki pages. I
guess it's a time-saver, but I think it's also going to lead to a lot of
confusion.
