When I use 4store as database for properties my cyrillic URLs are very urly. Here is one of examples:
http://127.0.0.1/wikivote/index.php/%D0%A1%D0%BB%D1%83%D0%B6%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%8F:URIResolver/-D0-A1-D0-B2-D0-BE-D0-B9-D1-81-D1-82-D0-B2-D0-BE-3A-D0-94-D0-B0-D1-82-D0-B0_-D0-BF-D0-BE-D1-81-D0-BB-D0-B5-D0-B4-D0-BD-D0-B5-D0-B9_-D0-BF-D1-80-D0-B0-D0-B2-D0-BA-D0-B8-23aux Isn't that an awful URL?
