Hello,

It would be helpful if you could also tell about the project timespan and
if the students are working in groups, the size of such groups.

I don't think we have a wish list currently, but we do make similar lists
for GSoC every year [1] and [2]. Some of the projects listed there have
already been taken as part of GSoCs.

However, the GSoC lists are constrained given that they need a mentor. This
might be a good opportunity to create a "wish list" :) and with more
participation from the user community than just the developer one.
