Hi Wade,
The first part of the "page name" parameter should instead look like
"<template name[field name]>".
For your second question, you should replace "Was published on" with
whatever the property name you're using is.
By the way, it's not relevant to this thread any more, but for general
support questions like this you should use the semediawiki-user mailing
list instead.
Also, try to keep unrelated questions in separate threads.
