thank you for the clearyfications. They are very useful. Unfortunately what ever I do, I don't end up in directory "extensions/SemanticMediaWiki" or "extensions/myExtension". I have used a modified composer.json from the SMW-package. Does it has to do with the composer mediawiki-installer? How it is used by the way? cheers.
