Partially. If the result is the articles that you seached for, you can use 
your first query as a sub-query in the second one (just insert it into the 
second query within <q> </q> indtead of <ask> </ask>). If you want to insert 
other return values, such as data values of attributes, then this will not 
work with current SMW.
