No. Well, and maybe the restricted time of the developers is also an issue ;-)

Great. Could you just forward the patch or the patched file (or point me 
towards a page documenting the differences we have to take into account)?

I would very much appreciate if someone who actually uses PostgreSQL could 
maintain this. We will certainly assist the process, but we have little or no 
experience with PostgreSQL at the moment.
