Hi Michael, that's strange. Is it a new and fresh wiki, or did you upgrade a used one?
Basically, it is possible to restrict viewing privileges in MediaWiki by namespace (although it requires patching), so it could be that the Relation: namespace is restriced for viewing by log in. Also, it could be that the wiki is restricted with regards to creating pages, i.e. that you need a login in order to create a page (and by clicking on that red link on the Special:Relations you wanted to create a new page). But then I wonder how you could have created the city page in the first place. Finally, here a few questions if the above doesn't help: * can you simply log in and then edit the page? * have you been logged in before you saw the "please log in" page? * can you follow a non-semantic red link and create a page? hope that helps, denny [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > Hallo, > > at first my English is not very well and i hope you will understand me. > > After the installation of semantic wiki i wanted to test the new features. > i make a new articel with the following text: > > this fine city is in [[is locted in::California]] > > When i go to the Special page Relations there are a new Relation "is located in". Thats fine! But when i click at this relation i come to the page Login Required. Why??
