1. Henry Rzepa who worked on http://www.ch.ic.ac.uk/wiki2/index.php/Mauveine
participates on this list, you can browse the archives to see some
questions he had.

2. BOWiki is running a modification of the SMW code, see e.g.
http://onto.eva.mpg.de/bowiki/index.php/Special:GO/Metal_ion_binding
This wiki has a few attributes for most elements, see
http://onto.eva.mpg.de/bowiki/index.php/Category:Element

Another Wiki than those?

If you want additional annotations, you might:

* See if you can import RDF from the data dbpedia.org has culled from
Wikipedia, e.g. http://dbpedia.org/resource/Hydrogen

* Import chemistry pages from Wikipedia, but modify your local copies of
templates like Elementbox_density_gplstp so that they create an
attribute as well as display values in the Elementbox "infobox".

It looks like someone copied some chemistry pages from Wikipedia,
e.g. http://ontoworld.org/wiki/Carbon , but removed the elementbox
instead of recreating its many templates.

* Find other sources for chemical and biological information.
