"User:" will by default not be printed in query results. A page User:Mary/monobook.js is still a page in the user namespace though, and queries do not provide an option for filtering subpages. So if you want to fade this out, you need some "positive" information that defines the pages you want, maybe a category "user" or "person" that is given only on user pages you like to see.
