There now were multiple questions towards skinning the Factbox. Unfortunately, there is no defined way how to make MediaWiki extensions skinnable. MediaWiki has its skins, but they won't create output for SMW and they cannot be extended by SMW either. So SMW has its own (fixed) code for making the output, and you would have to modify this to get it adjusted. In SMW0.7 (and in SVN) the code is now in SMW_Factbox.php, from where it is printed into the articles DIV. I am not sure how to properly support skinning in SMW, but I will keep it in mind.
