There's no extra whitespace on my local install, or on ontoworld.org. So I suspect you have some local setting or another extension causing the problem. > http://fortipedia.com/wiki/Special:Version The HTML source for this page also has extra whitespace at the top (which isn't illegal in xhtml1-transitional) so I don't think your problem is specific to SMW. Good luck tracking this down.
