I would say including semantic markup within the values of a template
is a bad way to go. Thankfully, it's not needed. If you want to store
additional semantic data, such as related project(s), you should just
create a field or fields for that data. For project pages where you
don't want to include a specific piece of semantic data, you can just
leave out that field from the template.
