have a look at AmAudioQueue (AmAdvancedAudio.h, well, its not so advanced), you can attach two or more AmAudios to the input, e.g. one AmConferenceChannel and one AmAudioFile. Audio is written to (or read from, if you push them in output queue) both. hope this gets you started.
