out of the box there is no such functionality. You could extend the 
b2bua (AmB2BSession) to modify the RTP IP address in the SDP, then setup 
an RTP stream which has as extra property the other address, which the 
AmRtpReceiver would then directly send the packet to.

Alternatively you could use the normal b2b (like auth_b2b app) and use 
an outgoing proxy with rtpproxy, if you need to force all RTP through 
your hosts.
