This would do what you want. Just like in the real world: big brother is always the third guy (well hidden in the background) listening for your phone conversation ;-) The only issue will be as follows: the audio data won't get pumped out of that channel automatically. As you can see in AmMediaProcessorThread::processAudio(), only the audio data will be only pumped from/to the session's input/output. So you will have to find a way to let AmMediaProcessor process also your last channel (the one used for recording).
