the idea is that you have a proxy in front of SEMS that already has read
the user profile from database, and that adds the header to the INVITE,
in SER it would be something like
append_hf("P-App-Name: voicebox\r\nP-App-Param:
usr=$f.uid;[EMAIL PROTECTED];lng=$f.lang;\r\n");
