its fixed now (1.1 branch/trunk r1268/1269). SSL properties were
uninitialized for xmlrpc server. Does not affect 1.0, which does not
include xmlrpc++ lib.
make deps for xmlrpc++ are not properly set up - after svn up you will
need to do make -C apps/xmlrpc2di clean ; make -C apps/xmlrpc2di .
