Thx for the patch Stefan, I will test it.
if you need it, we could make it a config parameter.
That could be awesome.
I'm trying to develop a MoH server with sems and modify the webconference
app to put all participants listening MoH till the manager say "here we
go ... lets talk" ... and a first step is been able to invite
participants and don't
how does he do that? on the web interface?
No, I want to develop a SIP-MoH server, then "invite" that server to the
conference as the first participant, invite to the other people and put them on
mute, when all of them are inside the conference, just kick-out the MoH
participant and unmute all the people.
IMO does not have much to do with MoH - more like "waiting music for
conference lobby".
That could be an easy way to do it, what do you think about ?
sounds to me like it would be simpler to just play the MoH music from
the manager session into the conference (see how
setLocalInput/setAudioLocal is used in WebConferenceDialog::onRinging),
or play it in the participants' dialogs (see how conferenceEvents are
used in WebConferenceDialog::process).
If you have more than this lobby music in mind for your conference
application, i would recommend to have a look at
apps/dsm/doc/examples/dsm_di_monit (but for this you need to implement
conference room management in your web server, not like webconference
where web server can be presentation only; or extend mod_conference to
do that functionality).
Stefan
hear the dialout tone in the room during the call stablishment phase.
hm. i wonder whether people should be joined to the conference room
before - they all need to be muted as well.
Yes, that is what I was talking about.
