I am looking to make Music On Hold to work with Ser + SEMS
if your call flow requires that the media server accepts INVITE without
SDP offer (for SDP offer to be in 200 and answer in ACK), then SEMS does
for historical reasons not yet support this.
If this is not the case, then you can e.g. simply use the announcement
application.
