After reading the log carefuly ... I found

and the reason for transaction not found is that this 200 OK was already
received, but somehow it is sent again and not considered as
retransmission. This 200 is then repeatedly sent and looped through.
So .. seems like Sems accept the call to the voicemail .... but doesn't it the
same with the answer generated by itself for the A leg ... so that's why it
doesn't open leg B.
Umm .. maybe it's my fault because generate the call from sems, route it back
to the same sems instance for getting the voicemail ? ...
it actually *should* work, but i am almost sure you get better results
if you try this with another SEMS instance.
