Hello,
with sems 1.1.1 you don't need ser_sems.cfg anymore. In fact this was
a ser config file, not a sems one.
Please just start sems with the sems.conf file installed by default
into /etc/sems/sems.conf, and adapt that config file if necessary (for
example, just load the applications that you want to use). You will
find more information about sems.conf in the comments of that file itself.
