thanks for the report, it is implemented now (r1647). The early dialog
example (dsm/doc/examples/183_early_establish.dsm) is updated as well.
As in c++ apps, the 487 is not sent automatically, but needs to be
sent from dsm script. It is assumed that for those applications where
you want early dialogs, you'd like to have control over the call flow
anyway.
