In sst_b2b in trunk, can anyone proffer any suggestions on how to get
SST reinvites working on two legs, not just one, as per my last
comment here?

Also, the updated SDP is presently wrong and causes leg A to reject it
with 488 Not Acceptable Here, so I had to turn SDP inclusion off
entirely in SessionTimer.cpp.
