I'm still a bit unsure on pre-recorded file formats on SEMS 1.2.1

I have some voice prompts that work fine with G711 calls. The voice
prompts are in 16 bit signed WAV format. When I connect with a G726-40
codec, the caller gets noise.

I thought that SEMS did transcoding? Or do pre-recorded files get
special treatment.

Is there any easy way to enable transcoding from pre-recorded WAV files
to non G711 formats?

Thanks

Jeremy
