Looking at your build log, it seems that the ivr module could not be
compiled, probably because the python dev packages are missing. Further,
you have an older version of the same plugin in the directory, which is
not compatible with the core version started. The solution is: delete
all the plug-ins in the plug-in directory before doing "make install",
or install the python dev package(s).

There are so many errors with sems-1.3.0.... Does something wrong with my
server?...
You should check the build logs to detect these kind of errors,
especially when you are playing with the master branch, which is not
guaranteed to be stable.
