If your proxy works on loopback interface - why not? Also note, that proxy
doesn't just forward PUBLISH to UAs - your UAs should be SUBSCRIBEd on this
proxy.

This information provides event caller - MWI doesn't work as B2B (e.g.
doesn't react on INVITE request)
