I have two SEMS sources - the first I've took from git 24 Feb, and the
second - 1.4.0 from ftp.
Doing the same things under root without changing sems.conf:
gmake all
gmake install
I'm getting that SEMS from 24 Feb works well (playing a file) and SEMS 1.4.0
from ftp - doesn't. It seems that problem not in early_announce because of
announcement plugin doesn't work on 1.4.0 too.
