strange, I don't get this on my test installations, also not on the spce.
anyway, I think we can ignore it when accept returns
EAGAIN/EWOULDBLOCK, so I pushed that change to master/1.4.

My xmlrpc2di.conf is the default one. Any obvious hints what I'm doing
wrong?
